RONPAY is the brand under which Nedermann Financial Services SRL, based in Cluj-Napoca, provides card payment processing to merchants, online and at the point of sale. Payments run on the RoxPay infrastructure, and Nedermann Financial Services is an official RoxPay partner.

In short
RONPAY is not a copy of RoxPay, and it is not a simple reseller either. We are an official RoxPay partner, listed in the partner network on roxpay.eu.
The split is simple. RoxPay provides the infrastructure: the gateway, tokenisation, the PCI DSS Level 1 certification and the relationships with acquiring banks. We handle everything that concerns you as a merchant: your offer, onboarding, the integration with your shop or management software, account activation and support.
What an official partner does
RoxPay works with official partners who operate the platform under their own brand. This is what is usually called white-label. The technology is the same one used by RoxPay merchants elsewhere. What changes is the person you talk to, how your offer is built and how quickly someone answers when something goes wrong.
How a payment travels
Your customer enters their card on the payment page. The data goes straight into the RoxPay infrastructure, where it is tokenised, so it never passes through your shop's servers. Then comes 3D Secure 2 authentication where needed, followed by authorisation through the card network and the issuing bank. The transaction is processed through the acquiring banks RoxPay works with, and the funds reach your settlement, usually within 24 - 48 hours.

You get an infrastructure that is already in use across several countries, with its certifications. And you are not a ticket number in a queue: you have a team that knows your business and answers you directly.
