Looking for a payment processor for your business? RONPAY processes card payments online and at the point of sale. We work on the IC++ model, with a margin from 0.55% plus 0.05 EUR per transaction, we usually activate accounts within 1 - 24 hours and we usually settle within 24 - 48 hours.

What a payment processor actually does

Your customer enters their card. The processor sends the request through the card network to the issuing bank, gets an answer within seconds and passes it back to you: approved or declined. It then collects the approved payments and pays them into your account, minus fees.

A good processor also does the part you do not see. It filters fraud, handles disputes, keeps card data safe and gives you reports you can actually read.

What you get with RONPAY

One contract for online payments, POS, payment links and subscriptions. More than 40 payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and pay-in-instalments with Klarna. Plugins for WooCommerce, Magento and PrestaShop, plus a REST API with a test environment.

What it costs

Create your account in the RONPAY app and upload your company documents.
We check your company and business. This usually takes 1 - 24 hours, or 1 - 3 days for higher-risk profiles.
Install the plugin or connect the API and run test payments.
Switch to live keys and start taking payments.

About choosing a processor

Which payment processors can a European merchant use?

Global platforms such as Stripe, Adyen and Mollie, local processors in each country, and RONPAY, which works on IC++ on the RoxPay infrastructure. The big differences are the pricing model, the settlement time and the support you get. We compare them on How to choose a payment processor.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. There is no monthly fee and no minimum volume to get started. Small shops get the same tools as large ones.

Do you work with high-risk businesses?

Yes, with routing across several acquirers and adapted risk rules. Activation usually takes 1 - 3 days and settlement is at 48 hours. Details on High-risk merchants.

Can I use RONPAY at the point of sale too?

Yes. We offer Smart POS terminals, free for eligible merchants. POS and online payments land in the same dashboard. See Smart POS.
